Table 11: List of error codes

CodeDescriptionPossible cause / Hint or Solution

C90 Communication problem with the SEU unit no.1 (A36)

The A2 card is not receiving expected data from the SEU unit 1. / Verify the voltage supplied to the SEU unit (A36: POWER SUPPLY 24VDC) and check that the CAN cabling is OK.

This error can also occur if an option parameter has been accidentally activated but no option (with an SEU) is fitted./ Ensure all option parameters (16 to 19) are set to inactive.

C91 Communication problem with the SEU unit no.2

The A2 card is not receiving expected data from the SEU unit 2./Verify the voltage supplied to the SEU unit 2 (POWER SUPPLY 24VDC) and check that the CAN cabling is OK. This error can also occur if an option parameter has been accidentally activated but no option (with a second SEU) is fitted. / Ensure all option parameters (16 to 19) are set to inactive.

C92 Programming warning (SEU unit no.1)

Incorrect programming of SEU unit 1 [A36]. The truck travels at creep speed. / May have been caused by incorrect allocation of an output during adjustment of the option parameters (16 to 19). Verify all settings of any option parameters.

C93 Programming warning (SEU unit no.2)

E101 Transistor regulator [A1] incompatible with the type of truck

E104 Brake switch transistor output in transistor regulator [A1] shorted

E106 Digital output fault or field current limit

Incorrect programming of SEU unit 2. The truck travels at creep speed. / May have been caused by incorrect allocation of an output during adjustment of the option parameters (16 to 19). Verify all settings of any option parameters.

An incorrect transistor regulator type has been installed. / Verify that the correct transistor regulator type has been installed.

Defective transistor regulator [A1]. / Check cables and magnetic coil to the brake [Y1].

Attempting to drive more current than specified from outputs.

OR problem regulating field current. Internal transistor regulator [A1] fault.

E107 Main contactor not activated [K10]

Problem with main contactor tips or cabling (open circuit). Contactor control wire not connected. Incorrect contactor output from the transistor regulator (switched off). / Inspect the main contactor tips [K10]. Check control wires to main contactor. Check contactor drive output goes {low} [A1].

E108 Main contactor tips welded or open circuit in coil [K10]

Main contactor tips welded. Contactor drive output in controller faulty (on). / Check main contactor tips. Check contactor drive output goes {high} [A1].
