Inspection outline 5.Orifice portion

To check no clogging in the orifice of the valves inside the valve block, the foot relief valves, etc. 6.Shuttle valve

To check no damage on the shuttle seating face. 7.Load holding valve, priority valve, recharge valve 1)To check no damage on the puppet seating face. 2)To insert the sleeve into the puppet and let it move back and forward. 8.Main relief valve, overload valve 1)To check no damage on each seating portion. 2)To check no clogging on the orifice hole.

3)To insert the puppet and let it move. 4)To check no abnormality on the spring. 5)It is possible by visual observation to judge good or inferior on the relief valve (M/R, O/L), but checking by other than the visual is difficult.

Judgment standard • Treatment

• To be inferior when the spring is broken or has abnormal scar, and to replace it.

• When clogged, to remove the pluggings with wire.

• To be inferior when the seating portion has scar or uneven wear and is improper, and to amend or replace it. • To be inferior when the seating portion has scar or uneven wear and is improper, and to amend or replace it. • To be good when works smoothly.
