1. Troubleshooting (1) General Check

To explain the necessary remedy to any abnormal situation during operation of the motor. The following is the general check items. [1] Consider before proceeding. Before proceeding with any work, make a judgement to the abnormal situation comparing with previous similar cases and make more considerations. [2] Be careful of the dust. Dust is the main reason cause wearing out, be careful no dust entering during disassembling. [3] Handling of the parts The parts are precisely installed, be careful no damage during handling. [4] Make sure no damage to the O-rings, the gasket surfaces during operation. Recommend to replace the O-ring when disassembling.

(2) Method to checking failure of the motor

It is difficult to find the cause of failure in the hydraulic circuit. Check the motor as per the following items. [1] Check the oil inside the casing Remove the drain plug, check the working oil in the casing. If there is amounts of metal power in the oil, the inner parts of the motor should be with problems. [2] Check the stranger noise. Check see if there is stranger noise produced form the motor. [3] Measure the pressure of each section. Measure the pressure of each section instead of disassembling it, investigate the failure. [4] Measure the drain volume of the motor. 1)Lock the revolving with the pressurized oil in the motor, the train volume should be less than 31 l/min. 2)the drain volume under normal revolving should be less than 2 l/min.
