Headlight high beam and ’flash’ Withthe headlightsswitchedon, push the leverawayfrom the steeringwheelto activate high beam (BLUEwarninglightilluminates). To flashthe headlights,pullthe leverpart-way towardsthe steeringwheeland then release.

Righthand steeringillustrated Headlight levelling (iffitted) The heightof the headlightbeamsis affected by the distributionof weightinsidethe vehicle. Alwaysensureyour headlightsareadjustedso that the point at whichthey meetthe road surfaceaheadof the vehicleprovides adequateillumination,without dazzlingother road users. The followingload conditionsshould be used as a guide. Position ’0’: Driveronly, or driverand all front seatsoccupied(loadspaceempty). Position ’1’: Allseatsoccupied(loadspace empty). Position ’2’: Allseatsoccupiedby adultsand loadspaceloadedto maximumrearaxle weight. Position ’3’: Driveronly with the loadspace loadedto maximumrearaxleweight.
