TRAVEL MOTOR Removal
k Lower the working equipment until it is resting on the ground, and stop the engine.
k Release all residual pressures from all circuits and from the tank. (For details, see "20 CONTROLS AND ADJUSTMENTS").

1 -Remove the protective cover (1). RKPB9380
2 -Disconnect the hydraulic feed lines (3) from the motor (2).
a PC14R-3 with travel increment and PC16R-3. Also disconnect the travel increment hose (4) and drain hose (5). a Plug lines and holes to prevent contamination.

3 -Take out the screws (6) that secure the motor (2). [*1]

4 -Remove the motor (2).

Installation •
To install, reverse the removal procedure.

3 Motor screws: 75 Nm
1 -Start the engine and bleed air from the travel motors. (For details, see "20 CONTROLS AND ADJUSTMENTS"). 2 -Stop the engine and check the oil level in the tank. If necessary, top it up.
