Drowsiness Alarm Buzzer Output Hot Short Circuit (Translator controller system)
When the controller does not energize the drowsiness alarm buzzer solenoid, an abnormal current flows through the circuit.
Action of con- Even if the cause of the failure no longer exists, the machine does not become normal until the troller starting switch is turned to the OFF position. Phenomenon on machine
The drowsiness alarm buzzer sound does not stop.

Cause

Hot short circuit in wiring harness (contact with 24V circuit)
Procedure, measurement location, criteria and remarks 1.
Starting switch: OFF

Disconnect the connector TLC2. Connect a T-adapter to the female side.

Starting switch: ON
Resistance 2
Defective translator controller
Between TLC2 (female) (18) and ground
Max. 1V
If no failure is found by the checks above, the translator controller is defective. (Because this is an internal defect, troubleshooting cannot be done.)
