A-21 Installation of platform (if equipped) (1/4)

1.Replacement of rear support upper bracket

(1)Remove rear covers (1), (2), (3), and (4).

(2)Remove brackets (5) and (6) and install brackets (7) and (8).

(3)Install rear covers (1), (2), (3), and (4).

2.Installation of platform

(4)Install brackets (11), (12), and (13) by using bolts (14) and (15).

When installing brackets (12) and (13), tighten the bolts so that no clearance is made between the brackets and fender mounting seats.

3.Assembly of platforms

Right and left platforms (1)Install handrails (18) and (19) to steps (16) and (17) by using bracket (26) and bolts (27) and (28).

Rear platform (1)Install handrails (22), (23), (24), and (25) to steps (20) and (21) by using bracket (26) and bolts (27) and (28).

(2)Fix handrails (22) and (24), and (23) and (25) respectively by using clamps (35), (36), (37), and (38).

(3)Install plate (29) to handrails (22) and (23) by using bolts (31), (32), (33), and (34).

(4)Install plate (30) to handrails (22) and (23) by using bolts (31), (32), (33), and (34).

4. Installation of platform

(1) Mount left and right steps (16) and (17) on the machine and tighten them lightly by using bolts (39) and (40).

(2) Mount rear left and right steps (20) and (21) on the machine and tighten them lightly by using bolts (39) and (40).

(3) Tighten stay (44) lightly by using bolts (34).

(4) Fix handrails (18) and (22), and (19) and (23) respectively by using clamps (46), (47), (48), and (49).

(5) Permanently tighten bolts (39) and (40) of steps (16), (17), (20), and (21) which were tightened lightly.
