Validating kit upgrade 1. Close and/or reassemble possible covers, protections or guards still open or unmounted. 2. Check the hydraulic fluid reservoir level. Top up with CASE AKCELA NEXPLORE™ FLUID if necessary 3. Start the machine and, by activating some of the controls, carry out some movement, in order to let the oil circulate in the whole system. 4. Check that, during the installation of the “object handling kit”, no functions of the machine have been impaired, by carrying out some movements with the backhoe attachment. 5. Also check the correct operation of the buzzer (and of the new wiring harness), raising the boom and keeping the cylinder pressurized for a few seconds at stroke end; in this condition, the buzzer activates. ATTENTION: After installing the “object handling kit”, it is necessary to update the EC Declaration of Conformity (ask your Dealer). Until the new updated EC Declaration of Conformity is released, with the approval for using the new “suspended load handling” unit, this function of the machine must not be used.
