B Loading data file in wrapper module Equipment required

–Acquire a standard "null modem" cable (A) or special data transfer cable (B), ref 0835192.0. (Fig.1)

3 Connecting null modem cable

–Remove protective cover from electrical box. –Remove protective cover from electronic control box. –Connect "null modem" cable (A) to electronic control box connector. –Connect other end of cable to CDS5000. (Fig.2)

Connecting data transfer cable

–Remove protective cover from electrical box. –Connect round plug (DIAG plug) of special data transfer cable (B) to connector in wrapper electrical box. –Connect other end of cable to CDS5000. (Fig.3)

5 Loading file with CDS 5000

–Open Windows Explorer. –Go to Drive C:\. –Open "Claas Tools" folder. –Open "Uniwrap" folder. –Switch on Control Terminal/Claas Communicator. –Double-click "Uniwrap.exe" application which appears in "Uniwrap" folder. –Under "Optionen" menu in the download window (Claas Download), make sure serial port COM1 (serielle Schnittstelle) is selected (C). –Click "Datei auswählen" (Select file) (D). –Select file "BW050218.bin". –Click "Öffnen" (open). –Click "Start". –Wait for a few moments and a window opens: the message "Download erfolgreich abgeschlossen" (Download successful) is displayed. –Click "OK" to accept. –Close Control Terminal/Claas Communicator. –Close Windows. –Close CDS 5000. –Disconnect CDS 5000.
