Important: First check the mechanical adjustment of the pedal and low position contact.
– Adjust the position of the "BOC Z152" contact: distance between the contact and pedal 2,5 mm.
• Adjust the (A) rod to 60,5mm between the ball joint axes.
– Press the clutch pedal to check that a 1 ± 0,1 voltage appears on the potentiometer when the "BOC" contact opens.
• Set the "R73" angular detector to ensure the setting ports are at mid-travel. • Using "CLAAS Diagnostic system (CDS)" or a multimeter and harness Nr.60 0500 573 4, check that: – The voltage value on the lower end stop is 0,5 ± 0,1 V. – The voltage value on the upper end stop is 4,5 ± 0,1V. • Adjustment of clutch clearance: – Set the pedal to lower stop.
