Figure 154. Driving speed reduction, lift cut-out and side stabilizers sensor wiring overview
15.17 Compulsory lowering of side stabilizers As an option, lifting can be interrupted at a certain height (approximately 2500 mm depending on the mast type) if the side stabilizers have not been lowered. To continue lifting, the user must lower the side stabilizers. Compulsory lowering of the side stabilizers, driving speed reduction and automatic liftcut-out are all controlled by one sensor.
NOTE: If the truck has the compulsory lowering of side stabilizers option in use, the automatic lift cut-out at required lifting height option cannot be used and vice versa. Only one of these options can be active at a time.
15.17.1 Activating the compulsory lowering of the side stabilizers If the truck is equipped with a mast unit other than an integral triplex mast: 1. Install the sensor to the mast unit. For instructions, see section 15.16.2.1. 2. Set the parameter SET INPUT 2 to OFF. 3. Set the parameter STAB HEIGHT according to the desired height where the lifting is interrupted and the side stabilizers have to be lowered to continue lifting, see Table 26. Copyright© 2013 by MCFE.
