The building has multiple dining options, from a casual cafe, a bar and a formal dining venue with a bistro-like lounge area. This was the first high-rise residential tower built Downtown in more than four decades. This project incorporates brick skin with aluminum handrails and a fiberglass mansard roof. An amenities deck with pool on the eighth level enhances the 346 units. There are seven-levels of parking under the apartment tower and retail on the first floor including Phoenicia Supermarket & Restaurant.

This luxurious 555,000 SF, 32-story apartment tower on Allen Parkway has exceptional views of Downtown Houston and the Buffalo Bayou. The 252 apartments include balconies, ten-foot ceilings, crown molding, hardwood floors, and granite countertops. Amenities include a fitness center, banquet/conference facilities, a catering kitchen, and a swimming pool. The Royalton at River Oaks also has a five-level, 514-vehicle precast garage. The garage also includes gated security entries.
Two unique elements make this structure one of a kind. The architect’s influence of a martini glass is an architectural symbol in the Houston skyline, with the cantilevered painted steel crown extending over the building roof line and the vertical curtainwall center element. The other beautiful project highlight is the elegant front entry, the restored front façade of the old demolished Gulf Publishing building.
