Tim understands that whether moving your family or business across the street or across the nation, home buying and selling can be an exciting and stressful experience. Lori has a passion for real estate that dates back to 1983. She has a passion for serving others, which has always been the motivating factor in everything she does.

After graduating from Montana State University’s Jake Jabs College of Business & Entrepreneurship with a degree in Marketing, Erica chose to pursue a career in real estate. Being raised in Montana by two Real Estate Brokers, she has found herself immersed in the world of real estate since a young age. Because of this, Erica has not only gained a love for the Montana lifestyle, but passion and knowledge for the industry and local area.

As an established real estate professional, Annemarie brings 15 years of real estate experience with her from the Northern Nevada and Northern California markets. She has worked as an agent with corporate and independent brokerages, institutional investors and private developers, providing her with a broad range of experience in both residential and commercial real estate. Having earned her CCIM designation in 2006, she is well versed in working with a full scope of clients including landlords, tenants, buyers, sellers, investors and developers. Her understanding of client representation is balanced by attention to detail throughout the transaction, from start to finish.
