The Master Spa is an older but high end hot tub If the Buyer would like to leave the hot tub in the house, the following information provided by Seller will be of interest. If the Buyer wants to remove the hot tub, the sliding door will need to be removed and reinstalled in order to accommodate the spa removal

We installed a commercial exhaust system above the hot tub Running this while the spa is open and for at least an hour after you close up the spa results in no humidity / mold issues You will notice that the humidity level will only come up about 10% (on the coldest days) and return to normal within about an hour or maximum of 2 hours of running the exhaust fan (note the exhaust fan is on a timer)

What about any water that may be splashed outside the spa? The answer is two fold: 1) the carpeting around the spa is indoor / outdoor carpeting that is both stain resistant and can take and repel the water 2) the wood flooring below the carpet is coated with a product called Red Gard This is a special product that seals the wood floor so that no water can penetrate the wood floor below the carpet.

What about the weight of the spa when full, wouldn't that cause problems with the floor possibly bowing since there is a crawl space below it? The house was designed to support the spa there is a PONY wall directly below the spa (in the center point) to ensure no floor issues

We keep the spa at 97 degrees so you can enjoy your favorite movies, sports events or whatever while in the privacy of your own home

Water Dog Pool and Spa recently replaced the panel on top (jet number three switch quit) and at the same time, replaced the two key sealant rings going in and out of the heater (these are the ones that usually deteriorate) to ensure spa is perfect.
