GRANTEE HIGHLIGHT

Soul Shepherding provides spiritual and emotional health resources, care, and training for pastors, missionaries and all who desire to thrive with Jesus in life and leadership. These resources prevent burnout and breakdowns in marriages, mental health, and leadership.

Soul Shepherding also provides training in spiritual direction ministry that’s informed by Christ-centered psychology. Just this past year they saw a 354% increase in retreat participants.

This is the 14th year that Soul Shepherding has ministered to bi-vocational pastors serving in impoverished, rural villages in Mexico. Bi-lingual pastors in the Institute have been trained and are now leading a ministry to Mexico, including two annual retreats. In addition, Soul Shepherding has expanded ministry into Rwanda with connections to 2000 African pastors.
