Friends of JCC Krakow
JCC Krakow has been running a wide array of programs aiding Ukrainians over the past year, including creating a safe space for women and children, psychological counseling, language classes, short term emergency housing in hotels and long term housing in a special rented facility, as well as running an aid distribution point in the JCC’s building that is visited by 400 people a day. So far almost 200,000 Ukrainian refugees have received assistance from JCC Krakow and over 300 tons of necessary supplies have been distributed in the “free shop” for refugees. We’ve provided over 31,000 hotel room nights and we’re continuing our mission to assist Ukrainians as long as there is a need for it.
