When we come together for our children, our whole community wins. The Studer Family Children’s Hospital is supported by Children’s Miracle Network Hospital (CMNH) Partners, which work tirelessly throughout the year raising funds one dollar at a time. This fiscal year, donations to our Children’s Hospital by our local CMNH partners and programs totaled more than $810,000. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to our amazing corporate partners and their associates, leaders and customers for their dedication and support to our patients and families.

MEET LAUREN Our 2018 CMNH Hospital Hero
L
Lauren Schlossberg began her life at The Studer Family Children’s Hospital. “I was born really small,” the now active 8-year-old says. Then there’s the rest of Lauren’s story, the premature delivery, her mother's fear of losing a baby, the strength this tiny being had to pull through and thrive. Lauren spent 129 precarious days in The Studer Family Children’s Hospital’s Neonatal Intensive Care Unit after her mother was diagnosed with severe preeclampsia, and she arrived via C-section weighing just 1 pound, 5 ounces. Caring eyes watched over Lauren day and night in the NICU, her family becoming like family to the nurses and doctors in charge of her care. Most days, her parents weren’t convinced Lauren would make it home. Thankfully, those days are long gone. Despite her rough start, Lauren has grown in spirit and size, with no lingering problems or developmental delays. Like thousands of children each year who depend on The Studer Family Children's Hospital at Sacred Heart as the lifeline to their futures, Lauren and her family are grateful for the extraordinary specialized medical care and early interventional therapies she found at The Studer Family Children’s Hospital at Sacred Heart.
