MARKET UPDATE

Welcome to our March edition of the Development Sites List. Our Planning team has been extremely busy making 100no. site representations to Somerset Council in relation to its Call for Sites. Once they have all been submitted, the team will be moving onto other LPAs Call for Sites and local plan consultations. The release of the new NPPF has put the Council’s wheels in motion.

Our Development team has been busy too, getting immediate sites and strategic land deals over the line and preparing new opportunities for marketing. Let’s see what the Spring brings after the lambs, rabbits and eggs.
