clubs & schools Outdoor Circuits Classes at Strathgryffe Strathgryffe members being put through their paces in an adult circuits class at the club. Whilst the indoor fitness suites have been closed due to Covid-19 restrictions, the sessions have moved outdoors onto the tennis courts. With a combination of body weight, dumbbells and cardio activities, the sessions give a full body workout. The fitness suites at Strathgryffe have now reopened for individual exercise. With a comprehensive range of free weight and fixed equipment, personalised fitness programmes and personal training available upon request there is something to suit all activity levels.
