utoRevista.- ¿Cómo ha evolucionado la asociación y las tecnologías de máquina-herramienta en paralelo con el sector de automoción y otros sectores? José Pérez Berdud.- Es una pregunta interesante. Como asociación hemos crecido en los espacios que existen alrededor de la máquina-herramienta. Hemos incorporado a las tecnologías de fabricación aditiva, la automatización y la robótica, la digitalización, el mecanizado y las herramientas de mano. Contamos dentro de AFM Cluster con todos los elementos críticos necesarios en el mundo de la fabricación avanzada. Este ecosistema nos permite comprender mejor las necesidades de nuestros clientes y responder con soluciones completas a sus problemas. Respecto a nuestra relación con los sectores cliente y como hemos evolucionado para ellos, creo que una de las claves es la especialización. Hemos ido seleccionando las aplicaciones en las que somos verdaderamente buenos, y donde podemos aportar valor diferencial. Esto trae como consecuencia que hemos ido abandonado la fabricación de

As an association we have grown in the spaces that exist around the machine tool. We have incorporated additive manufacturing technologies, automation and robotics, digitisation, machining and hand tools. Within AFM Cluster we have all the critical elements necessary in the world of advanced manufacturing. This ecosystem allows us to better understand the needs of our customers and respond with complete solutions to their problems. Regarding our relationship with customer sectors and how we have evolved for them, I believe that one of the keys is specialisation. We have been selecting the applications in which we are truly good, and where we can provide a differentiating value. This has the consequence that we have been abandoning the manufacture of simple and
