Exhibitor and Sponsor Prospectus 2026

GENERAL INFORMATION

DATES: JANUARY 29-30, 2026

Set sail with the California Receivers Forum at Loyola XI, the flagship event for professionals navigating California’s dynamic receivership landscape. With the theme “Sailing the Seas of Change,” this two-day conference draws close to 200 of the most trusted voices in real estate, finance, law, and asset management — all working at the helm of complex, court-appointed cases.

Held only once every two years, Loyola XI brings together:

 Seasoned receivers managing distressed assets and challenging assignments

 Attorneys and judges who define the receivership process

 Real estate brokers, lenders, insurers, and solution providers ready to make waves

Whether you offer legal services, asset management, insurance, finance, technology, or property solutions — if your work touches the receivership space, you belong at Loyola XI.

Application Deadline: December 18, 2025.

EXHIBIT RULES & REGULATIONS

Assignment of Space

Booth assignments will be made in the order applications are received, with consideration given to space preferences, special needs, and exhibitor compatibility. Sponsors will receive priority. While every effort will be made to accommodate preferences, all final decisions rest with exhibit management. Exhibit management reserves the right to reassign space if necessary for the overall success of the event.

Staffing Requirements

Exhibits must be staffed by qualified personnel during peak exhibit hours. All booth staff must be registered and wear official Exhibitor Badges. Early dismantling or removal of exhibit materials before the official closure of the exhibit hall is not permitted.

Union Jurisdictions

To comply with union regulations, union labor must be used for installation and dismantling of exhibits and for material handling within the facility. Exhibitors may set up or dismantle their own displays if no tools are used, the task requires only one person, and it takes 30 minutes or less. Placing or arranging display merchandise may be done by the exhibitor.

Hotel Accommodations

Exhibitors are responsible for booking their own hotel accommodation directly with the host hotel. A link will be provided in the confirmation email once the sponsorship or exhibit has been registered.

Use of Exhibit Space

All demonstrations or promotional activities must remain within the assigned booth space. Exhibitors must ensure that the aisles remain clear and that any crowds drawn by their display do not obstruct surrounding areas. Materials may only be distributed within the exhibitor’s own booth. Food and beverage distribution must be pre-approved by exhibit management.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be submitted in writing. Full refunds will be granted for cancellations received on or before December 18, 2025. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Liability & Insurance

The California Receivers Forum, the Hyatt Regency Long Beach, and their agents and employees are not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to exhibitor property. Exhibitors agree to hold the Forum and its representatives harmless from any and all liability for injury or damage that may occur during the event. Exhibitors are encouraged to carry appropriate insurance for both liability and property.

Event Cancellation or Interruption

In the event the conference is canceled or significantly disrupted due to circumstances beyond the control of exhibit management (e.g., natural disaster, labor strike, state of emergency), the California Receivers Forum reserves the right to refund a prorated share of fees paid, less any expenses already incurred. No further liability shall apply.

Amendments

These rules may be updated at any time, provided that such amendments do not substantially reduce exhibitor rights or increase obligations. They are considered part of the contract between the exhibitor and the California Receivers Forum. Matters not covered herein are subject to the sole discretion of exhibit management.

Security

Exhibitors are responsible for always securing their own booth and materials. The California Receivers Forum and its agents are not liable for any theft or damage. Exhibitors should obtain adequate insurance coverage for their property.
