BATON

Learn the skills to twirl baton. Ages 4 and Up Fall Mini Session: 5 weeks Tuesdays, October 6 thru November 3 All twirlers who are new may borrow or purchase their own baton from instructor depending on size needed. Cost: $35 for 5 weeks (No registration fee required for this session) Times will range from 4-6pm based on age and skill level. Location: South Lawson Park- All classes outside Program: #111 Deadline to register for fall mini is October 2. When parents interact with instructor mask will be required.

GIRLS SOFTBALL CLINIC

Come work on your softball fundamental skills and get back in the groove for play. This 5 week program instructed by the PHS Girls Softball coaching staff invites players for instructional workshops. Dates: October 14- November 11 Wednesdays Times: 3rd thru 5th, Grade 4:15-5:30pm Program: #108 6th thru 8th Grade, 5:30-6:45pm Program: #109 Bring all your own equipment- glove, batting helmet, etc. Deadline: October 5. AFTER SCHOOL MAKE-n-BAKE CLUB

Every Tuesday for 5 weeks enjoy making a variety of sweet treats and decorating ideas to run your own bakery. Enjoy working with chocolates, icing, brownies, cookies with Halloween & fall themes in this hands-on after school club. Activities will include learning about decorating cookies, filling cupcakes, molding chocolates, & making a variety of brownies and treats. Ages 7 and Up Dates: October 8 thru November 5 Times: 4:30pm to 6:30pm All supplies are provided. Bring your mask, apron, & a container for your prepared items each week. Keep your inner-baker busy. Instructor: Mary Ann Boho Program: #125 Cost: $105 residents; $115 non-residents Deadline October 5. Space limited to 10 kids.

American Red Cross Babysitting Training Course Open to ages 11-15 Must be 11 by the start of class. Date: Saturday, October 24 Time: 9am-4pm. Location: Municipal Building If you are planning to babysit, take this class to give you the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly care for children and infants. This training will teach participants learn about basic child care and how to handle an emergency. Participants should bring a lunch. Course does not include CPR and First Aid as this is a separate certification. Masks will be required. Cost: $50 residents/$60 non-residents Deadline to register: October 21 Program: #126

GINGERBREAD HOUSE WORKSHOP

Ages 6-13 Students will decorate their own Gingerbread House! We will provide ALL of the candy and icing for construction! All houses are completely edible so you can make a perfect centerpiece for the holidays! Please note any food allergies with registration. All Gingerbread Houses decorated are taken home. Participants will not share items, & all participants should be prepared to wear a mask as needed. All work stations will be distanced. Cost $20 residents/$30 non-residents Must register 5 days in advance. Tai Chi can be both theraputic, relazing and energizing and may be the exercise for you. Improve your balance, flexibility and stress reduction to improve your general sense of well-being. Classes will be outside at Municipal Park Shelter, and masks required. Participants should wear loose fitting clothes & good walking shoes. For adults. All fitness levels welcome. Classes will be held Monday afternoon 1:30-2:15pm Session is October 12 thru November 2 (5 weeks) Cost: $50 residents; $60 non-residents Program: #127 Instructor: Jack Fuller Class minimum of 8.
