The Job Connection Team spent the month preparing for and undergoing a CARF Survey. We should receive the final results of the survey within six to eight weeks following the survey
We hosted the annual Bank On Summit for financial inclusion at our Corporate Campus this month. The event was well attended.
I am pleased to share that we have surpassed a significant milestone our first $5,000,000 month in May. This achievement reflects the dedication and collaboration across our organization.
By capitalizing on both donor and transaction increases, our operations teams played a critical role in ensuring the responsible stewardship of donations while maintaining worldclass customer service. Their efforts have directly contributed to increased donor value and transaction value, reinforcing our commitment to excellence.
Our ADCs have seen a donor increase of over 7% compared to last year an incredible reflection of the collective effort across our organization.
As we prepare to open our next ADC, Lake Flores, we have also made key image updates to several of our current ADCs. These enhancements reinforce our commitment to providing an exceptional experience for our donors. Please take a moment to review the updated images of Shade and Waterside below.
We had a strong end of year school drives collecting over 35,000 pounds of donations from Ringling and IMG donor drives. Thank you to all who supported these successful drives.
Congratulations to Gatlin GGC who took home 1st place in GIPB's May Transaction Value Challenge. 23 out of our 26 locations surpassed April's TV with an overall increase of $.90 over 182k transactions. Great work and thank you to all our teams!
• Our E-Comm team continues to climb the 'ShopGoodwill' rankings. Our team is in the Top 40 in total revenue generation and has climbed into the Top 5 in Avg $ selling price. Amazing contributions to our Donated Goods Social Enterprise and credit to their efforts and alignment with our GGC retail teams.
• Thank you to all our leaders for the participation in our Leadership Development Program. We are excited about the engagement and look forward to investing further. Anyone interested in growing with Goodwill and becoming a leader speak with your TLC and submit a pre-nom in GoodwillU.
