Welcome

Gen Healthy Minds was established in 2018 and over the past five years has worked with Early Careers teams across a wide range of sectors and countries to deliver our bespoke programmes. Everything we do is designed to help you thrive and perform at your best in work and life.

Our offering is unique as we tailor our programmes around developing wellbeing and performance of Apprentices and Graduates during their journey into Early Careers.

We are delighted to be supporting your Citi Early Careers Programme throughout 2023.

Welcome

We will be running four Boost Masterclasses which will be online. Th sessions will support your wider development.

Our goal is to support you to stay healthy, happy and be able to perform to a high level both in and outside of the workplace. The performance and wellbeing tools and techniques that we will teach you will equip you to take on challenges ahead of you, both during your programme and beyond.

We will be providing you with content and development that we feel is most relevant at each stage of your Early Careers journey.

OUR EXPERT DELIVERY TEAM

Sam Bishop is one of the Uk’s leading performance psychologists. Sam works with elite sports men and women as well as top businessmen and women to help them achieve peak performance in their roles.

Mike has worked for nearly two decades in early careers at Barclays and more latterly through his Gen Healthy Minds business working with businesses to deliver wellbeing and performance programmes that support business growth.

George is an international wellbeing speaker, coach and author who has worked with individuals and corporates for over 20 years. He has designed and delivered wellbeing courses, bootcamps and written books on the topic

Below is an overview of your Boost Programme designed to support you to flourish and perform at your best. As you can see, the programme will run four online Boost Masterclasses, more details of times of each session will be later in this brochure. Boost your Mental Wellbeing

Our “Boost Your Performance – Mental Wellbeing” masterclass will look at how we can boost our mental energy to perform at our best.

• An introduction to positive psychology

• Understanding what mental health is

• Gain practical skills and tools to boost wellbeing including practicing gratitude, check in’s and mindfulness

• Being able to recognize signs of stress and why they are manifesting themselves

Boost your Physical Wellbeing

Our “Boost Your Performance – Physical Wellbeing” masterclass will look at how we can boost our physical energy to perform at our best.

• Gain practical skills to improve diet, activity levels, sleep and hydration

• Understanding the links between physical and mental wellbeing

• Learn practical movement and stretching routines to build into your working day

• Learn how to create fabulous healthy snacks and meals

your Confidence – Battle the Imposter

Our “Boost your Performance battle the imposter” masterclass will look at Imposter syndrome which can leave people feeling they will be exposed as a ‘fraud’, this can be a particular issue for people starting out in their early career.

• This Masterclass looks to help deal those with Early career anxieties by exploring what is confidence, how it can be created, affected and applied.

• We will explore with delegates what events and triggers can knock confidence and strategies to deal with them so confidence can be maintained.

• Delegates will come away from this Masterclass being able to recognise when imposter syndrome is affecting their thoughts and how they can manage it.

Boost your Personal Brand

Our “Boost your Personal brand”masterclass helps participants to stand out as well as fit in at work.

• Explore the concept of personal branding and why it is important to bring your whole self to work

• How to develop 5 elements of your personal brand and how this can help you have a positive impact on both the organisation and your career

• Practical tools and tips for creating your brand presence in your organisation
