• Being able to recognize signs of stress and why they are manifesting themselves

Our “Boost Your Performance – Physical Wellbeing” masterclass will look at how we can boost our physical energy to perform at our best.

• Gain practical skills to improve diet, activity levels, sleep and hydration

• Understanding the links between physical and mental wellbeing

• Learn practical movement and stretching routines to build into your working day

• Learn how to create fabulous healthy snacks and meals
