A note from our CEO Dear Practice Owners and Leaders, Hello! My name is Brent Mack, and I am the CEO of Golden Bear Therapy Partners (GBTP). Throughout this holiday season, we are reminded of the tremendous impact that physical therapy has had on so many patients' lives. It has been a few years since I have treated patients myself, but I often hear the emotional stories from those who have received physical therapy and how it has changed their lives. One of the best parts of my job is to be the recipient of patient letters and feedback and to represent the many clinicians we have within GB Therapy Partners. Service is one of the unique attributes that make GBTP special. Our mission is to provide clinicians with the resources, support, and knowledge needed so that they can focus on what's important – remarkable patient experiences and outcomes. We have created an environment where your voice is heard so we can better serve you. We are committed to helping all our clinicians excel in providing the best care they can so they may grow within the organization both clinically and on a managerial/leadership track. We accomplish this by providing excellent career development, mentorship, and training opportunities. Having bigger company resources but maintaining a small “mom and pop” clinical feel is what being part of GB Therapy Partners is all about.
