ONBOARDING You’re joining Therapy Partners Group, a company built and run by physical therapists. The "TPG Way" means taking great care of our patients and each other.

In order to make things official, you will be receiving some assignments.

If you experience trouble viewing any of these tasks on your phone, please try using a desktop computer.

Providers: You will receive an additional email from our partner Prime Credentialing, asking you to log in and begin submitting pertinent information/documents from the credentialing needs list that your recruiter provided. They will also ask for more information to allow them to update necessary websites on your behalf. Connect via onboarding@primecredential.com with any questions!

Paylocity - to get registered in our system IT Help Desk Team (from: support@tpgpt.com) - to set up your company email (within a week of your start date). If you feel that you have not received it, please check your ‘junk’ folder. Reach out to our IT team at helpdesk@tpgpt.com with any questions.

New Hire Orientation (NHO) information Raintree login

In preparation for TPG Orientation, it’s recommended that you sign in to Outlook using your new company email address prior to your first day.

Important invites and login information will be sent directly to your TPG email address.

To attend the two days of orientation, you will need to find the ‘Teams Invites’ on your TPG Outlook calendar. You will clock in (if hourly) and attend orientation from your home clinic/office.

Within your first week, you will receive communication pieces from Paylocity that include important BENEFIT and training information.

Please take a look at these as soon as you receive them to ensure you don’t miss any important deadlines.

If you are ineligible for benefits (work part time/temporary/seasonal/per diem and work less than 30 hrs per week) please feel free to disregard the benefit information assigned.

If you are eligible for benefits (full time and work at least 30 hours per week) you will need to enroll in coverage within 30 days of your hire date. This is a hard deadline.

Your manager will reach out and connect before your first day to share all the fun first day plans!

ONBOARDING CHECKLIST Before Your First Day Your direct manager will call you prior to your first day to go over your schedule, start time, dress code, clinic address, and other important details!

On this call, please confirm with your manager that you have received your login information for Outlook via email.

Your manager will order lunch for your first day, so please share any food allergies or restrictions.

It's recommended that you finish your onboarding paperwork in Paylocity ahead of your first day, to the best of your ability.

Note: a photo will be taken during your first week with your manager/team, because we want to introduce you to the TPG Network!

Important Reminder Remember to bring your I-9 documentation. Your manager will need to verify that it matches what you uploaded in Paylocity.
