In order to use HEP2GO, you’ll need to create a free account:
1. Navigate to: https://www.hep2go.com/ 2. Click “Sign Up” on the upper right corner 3. Click “Free Plan” 4. Enter your name, email address, and create a password 5. Click “I am not a robot” and “I agree to the terms of use” 6. Complete your registration by clicking the link sent to your email by HEP2GO 7. You will now be able to log in
If you would like to create a HEP for a patient:
1. Navigate to: https://www.hep2go.com/
2. Click “Enter”, “I Agree”, and “Enter” again
3. Choose “Exercises” at the top left
4. Search for exercises you would like to add to the patient’s HEP
5. Add to the HEP by clicking the “+” button
6. When you’ve added all the exercises you want, click the check mark on the bottom right corner
7. Update any information you would like (description, reps, etc.)
8. When done with the HEP, click the “print” button on the lower right
9. When the print box pops up, click “print”

Our goal is to create high-quality, challenging, and valuable clinical experiences for our student interns. We expect you to come ready to work hard to develop your skillset. You may get homework and we expect this to be done fully and on time. We are looking to guide your growth as a clinician, but you will only get out of this experience what you put in.

To get there, proceed to the left of the clinic on Greenfield, passing Elan Fitness, and go through the stop sign approximately 300 ft to the residential area. There is all-day parking here.
