MORENO CEDRONI INVENTING MEMORY Born in 1964, Moreno was one of the first Italian chefs struck on the path of creative Spain. But his creativity developed independently and personally. «It all started with the debut of Susci (my "sushi" reform) presented here and with gaining Tre Forchette recognition by Gambero Rosso: therefore I like that my story starts there». In that way we'll miss other important creations... «There are many, like the turbot chop. Some are however no longer on the menu.
