Merlo eWorker Electric Telehandler

The Merlo eWorker has a maximum load capacity of 5,511-lbs. It features a maximum lift of 15-ft., 7-in. and a load capacity of 3,307lbs. at maximum lift. The no-flex boom has a maximum reach of 8-ft., 5-in. handling a maximum load of 1,984-lbs. The eWorker can put in a full day’s (eight hours) work without recharging. It is a compact machine with dimensions similar to those of an industrial forklift. Equipped with a telescopic boom, the machine has a low center of gravity. Stability is gained by positioning the battery in the middle of the vehicle. The telescopic boom operates from its own electric motor that is connected to a load sensing hydraulic pump. A dedicated electronic control unit manages the rpm of the electric motor and the oil flow of the hydraulic distributor. In addition, the telescopic boom descends by gravity via a valve controlled by the same control unit.

Genie’s S-60 DC and S-60 FE Boom Lifts

Genie's S-60 DC and S-60 FE boom lifts are hybrid telescopic booms that are lightweight offerings in the 60-foot height class. With a 67-ft., 2-in. working height and a 6-ft., 2-in. platform height, both the S-60 DC and the S-60 FE can be used indoors and outdoors, and can deliver a full day of 100 percent electric, four-wheel drive performance on a single battery charge. The S-60 FE can also work more than one week on a single tank of fuel. Additionally, the FE boom’s intelligent control system keeps the batteries charged and machine ready to work by using both regenerative braking technology and automatic engine start and stop.

JLG 2733 High-Capacity Telehandler

Bobcat TL519 Telehandler

The new TL519 telehandler is the most compact telehandler in Bobcat's lineup, at just 6-ft. wide. It features a 74-hp engine, a 2-speed hydrostatic transmission and a standard Power Bob-Tach mounting system that allows operators to swap attachments without leaving the cab. The TL519 has a lift capacity of 5,500-lbs. and a lift height of more than 19-ft. The TL519 also comes equipped with four steering modes and five operation modes for operator versatility. The advanced Tier 4, turbo-charged engine delivers high-torque performance and achieves emissions compliance without the use of a diesel particulate filter (DPF) or selective catalyst reduction (SCR). The engine features cold weather starting and a variety of features that support maintenance and service.

Load King Stinger MU16 Boom Truck

The Load King Stinger MU16 boom truck provides a 47 ft. fully synchronous telescopic keel boom and features a maximum lifting capacity of 10 tons (20,000 lbs).

Features include a 47-ft. boom length, 57-ft. maximum tip height, electronic-rated capacity indicator and quick reeving boom head. Three-section, full-power, fully-synchronized telescopic keel boom. 370° non-continuous rotation or optional 360° continuous rotation. Hoist line pull: 7,900 lbs.

The 2733 has a 26,600-lb. maximum capacity and is purpose-built to handle and haul heavy, bulky materials, load and unload trucks and trailers and help maintenance and repair personnel work on larger fleet equipment. It offers 33 ft. of maximum lifting height and an 8,000-lb. capacity at maximum reach. A two-speed hydrostatic transmission with optional ride control and boom float allow for load stability. The unit comes standard with the Load Stability Indication (LSI) system, which senses when the telehandler reaches forward load capacity. It also includes precision gravity lowering and soft stop boom controls. The SmartLoad Technology option is also available.
