Coffs Coast Nutrition provides a unique health, fitness and nutrition experience. Our team consists of university qualified Dietitians, and an Exercise Specialist with a degree in human movement. We now have a small private gym - ideal for a time-efficient workout in a friendly, relaxed environment. Exercise alone, or bring a friend. Alternatively our Exercise Specialist (Brooke Henry) can design a home-based program.

Our Dietitians / Nutritionists (Louise Williams and Sheree Riley) both have at least 5 years university study in nutrition and science, which ensures the highest standard of care. Louise is also a qualified Sports Dietitian. In addition to this, she has completed Cert 111 & IV in Fitness.
