Excellent performance. Both actors were wonderful.

The actors are world-class. This play is electrifying I did not think we would enjoy this play, but we were both pleasantly pleased with the unusual approach the writer used in giving us another glimpse of MLK, Jr. The surprise Angel in the form of a maid was certainly a creative touch, and the actress did an excellent job in her role. We both came away very pleased we had these tickets.

We thought the acting was superb, the set very appropriate and the subject matter very interesting.

Actors were outstanding…. powerful performances

The 2 actors were amazing. They displayed their talents and it was one of the best performances I have seen at Florida Rep. We felt immersed in the experience which brought out Dr. King's humanity. Both Ms. Ward and Mr. Shelley were awesome. Please bring them back again. Also, consider more diverse offerings such as this in the future.

I want to say so much about the play and the performances of the actors that it is difficult to know where to begin.

The play seemed to be as much about meeting death as it did about the life and beliefs of MLK. The actors were excellent--very believable and held my attention throughout. Excellent writing, excellent acting, excellent directing.

I will be thinking about it for a very long time. Kudos to FL Rep for producing this provocative play!

The play started off slowly but then took off. I totally enjoyed the evening and the performance. Actors were Fabulous We've seen many shows in the Arcade and this was perhaps the best. Excellent writing, acting and direction.

Terrific acting Both actors were excellent. Hope Ward's performance was amazing--riveting, powerful, funny and moving. Her delivery of those comic moments contained in this intense drama helped lighten the mood. It was just perfect.

Daniel Morgan Shelley's performance was also quite good and moving. We were both surprised by the "twist" at the end. My recall of many of the events depicted in the videos moved me to tears. Whoa! Well done!!!!

Oats can be eaten in many forms. I most commonly reach for rolled oats or steel cut oats.

Less processing of the oat groat equals more fi ber. Steel cut is a great way to go if that is what you are looking for.

Fortify a bowl of steel-cut oats with a couple more super foods and your body will be fueled in a way that will give you energy and nutrition like no other.

For this recipe, I use the familiar fl avors of a beloved breakfast for my family, blueberry muffi ns. We have eaten them especially for special holiday breakfasts many times.

Blueberries, cinnamon and vanilla give this bowl of oats a satisfying taste while fi lling our tummies with topquality nutrition.

These blueberry muffi n steel-cut oats are fi lled with the good stuff our bodies need, especially going into a holiday season when we may not always make the best nutritional choices.

But in fact, this dish is special enough that it could easily be a go-to recipe for Christmas brunch.

Enjoy food made fresh!

Blueberry muffin steel-cut oats Makes 4 servings.

1 cup steel-cut oats 2 cups water 2 cups unsweetened plant milk or dairy milk 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries 4 tablespoons pure maple syrup 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1 teaspoon vanilla extract Optional: 1 tablespoon ground flaxseeds Toasted almonds or walnuts to top Place steel-cut oats, water, and milk in a 2-quart saucepan. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. Reduce heat to medium-low. Add blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract. Gently stir to combine.

Continue cooking over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, for 20 to 25 minutes until liquid is mostly absorbed.

Stir in flaxseeds, if desired. Top with almonds or walnuts to serve.

Some recommendations include: h Colored wine glasses, glasses with illustrations on them – you want an adequately sized, tulip-shaped glass that is clear so you can see the color of the wine. h Stemless wine glasses. Yes, once a rage. But stemless glasses quickly get covered with fi ngerprints, your hands warm the wine, and they make wine swirling diffi cult. All three are bad. h Foil cutter. The cutter cuts the foil too high on the bottle, almost near the lip. The proper cut is below the bulge.

Worthwhile wine gifts h Simple wine decanter. If they already have one, they will appreciate a backup or for those times when serving two wines. Forget about super fancy ones that are impossible to clean and easy to break. h Waiter’s friend hinged corkscrew.

Has everything you need to open a bottle of wine and is cheap enough to be a stocking stuff er. Worst choice – winged corkscrew. Everything about a winged corkscrew is wrong. h Wine chiller. Essentially an insulating shield to keep wine at the proper temperature for hours. The most popular are made of stainless steel or marble. They can be pre-chilled to be even more eff ective.
