Florida Repertory Theatre’s Acting Internship Program offers emerging theatre artists the opportunity to train, perform, and grow in a dynamic professional environment.
Our interns are integral members of the company, working alongside Equity actors, directors, and designers throughout the season. Interns perform in mainstage and Theatre for Young Audiences (TYA) productions, participate in masterclasses, and gain hands-on experience in all aspects of professional theatre.
Based in the heart of downtown Fort Myers, Florida Rep provides a supportive and intensive environment where early-career actors refine their craft, build lasting connections, and launch into the next phase of their artistic journey.
