7am Flight departs from Ft Myers, FL to NY Area airport
9:48am Flight arrives in a NY Area airport
11am Bus transfer to your area hotel. At this time luggage will be dropped off. Check -in time is after 4pm today!
Enjoy some free time to explore Times Square with your group chaperone Here you will find every type of NYC souvenir store you can imagine to the Ed Sullivan Theater (home of the Late Show)
Lunch on your own
2pm Depart to the Museum of Broadway
4pm Return to hotel for check-in. At this time, you will receive a copy of your rooming list with assigned room numbers.

11am Broadway Rehearsal Workshop
Explore Rockefeller Center, NBC Studios Shop, and the Fifth Avenue area to explore the sights and shops in the area. From stores like Louis Vuitton, Tiffany’s, Gucci, and Versace, to the NBA Store and Nintendo store. Don’t forget to take a moment and visit St. Patrick’s Cathedral on Fifth Avenue!

1) How long do I have to sign up for the trip? We would like to have everyone sign up before September 1st This will allow us enough time to reserve the necessary number of airline tickets and rooms required for the group
2) Is my deposit non-refundable? Yes, it is This is used to confirm airline seats, bus cost and hotel Once we receive this payment we confirm these details and monies are non-refundable
3) I have plenty of airline points, can I book my own flight? Yes, you may You will want to confirm the flight information same as the group We are providing only one bus transfer to and from the airport The estimated cost of airfare will be deducted from your package cost
4) I prefer to pay with a debit card or check. Can I do that? Yes, you may You can use a debit card or E check for payments You may also mail a check (after initial booking) directly to our NY office to submit payments
5) Can I book additional Broadway shows? Yes, but please note that this must be approved by the group leaders and does not interfere with the group’s activities/schedule Our schedule will be finalized about 90-60 days prior to travel dates
6) What Broadway Shows are we going to see? We have a budget of $200 for two (2) Broadway Shows. We understand that the group leaders have requested Hadestown as one of those options. The second show will be selected from the group leaders top three options that has availability and fits the budget included in the package.
7) Can my child stay with me? We want students to have the full experience of the trip and build camaraderie so we encourage them to stay in a room together. However, we understand that in certain circumstances it is necessary for a student to stay with their parents. Note that the trip cost will be based on the number of people in a room. If there are two parents traveling who want their child in a room this would require a triple occupancy room. 8) Where are we staying? Times Square/Midtown area is where we are looking to confirm hotel accommodations Once deposits for the group are received the details including hotel accommodations will be confirmed
9) What happens if I book the trip and I have a family emergency? We encourage everyone to purchase travel insurance for these situations

10)How much is Travel Insurance? Travel Insurance including Cancel for Any Reason is about $65 for coverage up to $1500 per person Basic Insurance is about $45 but this is only for specific reasons including illness to you or an immediate family member
