years we ve gone through a lot, but we ve persisted through the hard times. This year is more than just the number 10 and this is not just a memory book. We ve stuck together with our pack of hard-working teachers and students. Every year we say goodbye to our seniors and say hello to the new batch of freshmen. Throughout the past decade, we ve helped our Wolves grow, learn new skills, discover different career paths, and of course earn "more than a diploma". In our clubs, our Wolves express themselves in poetry, show their creative side in drama and art, add value to our community in Key Club and Crime Watch, and compete in Debate. They make us proud! Although our school is small it is mighty and offers so much such as community, support, and a place in the Pack. Our Wolves make us proud all day, every day! In addition to our academics Wolves spread awareness in a multitude of clubs. The STHS staff is incredible with their constant support, they continue to help us make a difference. On this 10 year mark we celebrate the past, the present, and our future.

It's hard to believe this is my tenth year at Sheridan Technical HS and that I am only one of the first few original staff members. It was not an easy decision leaving a long-term position at another school to come to Sherian Technical HS and 10 years later my plan is to retire from here. I was very excited to have the opportunity to be part of opening a brand-new magnet school. Imagine beginning and to observe the school blossom over the next 4 years with its first graduating of the many opportunities and successes afforded to my students by choosing our school.

I have been a faculty member of Sheridan Technical High inception founded the Spoken Word Club 2014 2019, and established partnerships with the Jason Taylor Foundation and performances at the annual Louder Than A Bomb poetry slam. While at Sheridan my role has changed through the years, but I continue to support our school and students. I am now the Web Content Manager, Certiport Proctor, Textbook Chairperson and Career Technical Education Support. Over my Technology Teacher, Game Simulation Teacher, Emerging Technology Teacher, Webmaster.

In 2013 I started at Sheridan Technical College Biology in Education degree. I had heard that Sheridan was opening a high school the opportunity of opening a school. I went out for a secretary position and went to high May Once I graduated college I became the Individual and Dual Sports teacher. I love STHS, and knew I wanted to be the Magnet Coordinator when the time came. Class of 2026,

Congratulations on reaching the halfway mark! Sophomore year has been a personal growth, and, of course, fun. I've witnessed your resilience, creativity, another.

It's hard to believe you're already on the brink of your senior year! This upcoming year is full of exciting possibilities: college applications, scholarships, and the anticipation of a new chapter. Remember, challenges and obstacles are inevitable, but I want to leave you with one powerful word: yet.

Embrace the power of "yet." It doesn't mean giving up; it means acknowledging present limitations while holding onto the belief that growth and achievement are still possible. Don't be afraid to ask for help; my door is always open.

I believe in each and every one of you. Embrace the journey, stay focused, and chase your dreams with unwavering determination. May your senior year be filled with unforgettable experiences, personal growth, and lasting friendships.

Best wishes,

As your school counselor, I've witnessed your incredible growth and resilience throughout this unique sophomore year. Whether you embraced new challenges, discovered hidden talents, or navigated personal hurdles, you did so with determination and spirit.

Remember, the middle years of high school are a time for exploration and self-discovery. This year, you've begun to shape your futures, whether through academic pursuits, extracurricular involvement, or personal growth. Embrace this journey and know that my door is always open if you need support, guidance, or simply a listening ear.

Here's to a memorable second half of your high school journey!

Best wishes, Mrs. Segal, School Counselor

I've had the privilege of witnessing your journeys from wide-eyed freshmen to the confident young adults you are today.

The road wasn't always smooth, but through triumphs and challenges, you persevered. You tackled academics, explored passions, and discovered strengths you never knew you possessed. Remember the late nights studying and the friendships that blossomed in the hallways and classrooms. These are the moments that shaped you, and they will continue to guide you as you embark on the next exciting chapter.

As you step out into the world, carry with you the knowledge you've gained, the resilience you've built, and the unwavering support of your loved ones. Embrace new opportunities, chase your dreams with passion, and never stop learning and growing. The future is bright, and I have no doubt that you will achieve remarkable things.

TEN years ago, in 2014, Sheridan opened its doors to Broward School's newest Magnet program. The program was to offer students a new way to learn. The vision that came to light over the next TEN years became more than anyone could imagine back then. Sheridan students get to take Technical Programs to explore their interests in future careers. Over the past TEN years, some of our students have gone off to use their program to continue their passions in the medical fields, the business world, or even the industrial industry. Some others have realized that after the course, that wasn t where their passion lay, and that is okay, too! Sheridan students

excel in everything they do, and their tech programs just highlight small part of their passion. Some of our technical programs have changed since we opened to provide our students withmore opportunities within their passions and, most importantly, to be competitive in an ever-evolving industry. Our technical program teachers are skilled in their profession and have worked in the industry that they teach. Some of our teachers even were Sheridan students at Sheridan Technical College. Over the last TEN years, technical programs have become an advantage for people and a big money-making career. Technical programs are for even evolving and we are so grateful for the opportunity it has had in creating Sheridan Technical High School.

Over the past four years, my life has undergone significant changes. Starting my freshman year completely online, with only one friend, I was unsure of what to expect. However, I was extremely grateful for the amazing teachers who made that difficult time easier for me. Although my freshman year was memorable, I consider my sophomore year the foundation for my time at Sheridan. It was during this year that I made friends who I know will continue to be a part of my life, as well as becoming the class vice president. Overall, from freshman to senior year, I became a more outgoing person, and someone who wasn't always afraid of the unknown. Especially after becoming class president, I grew into a person who didn't struggle under pressure. I gained an abundance of knowledge and experience that will help guide me not only for the next four years, but throughout my entire life. To my fellow classmates, I congratulate you all on your success and could not have wished for a better group of people to spend these last four years with. As we continue in life on our different paths, remember to believe in yourself and welcome all opportunities that come your way with open arms. To my kids of the Class of 2024

I can t even begin to think about the idea that it has already been 4 years since I met you. Well actually 3 years because I didn t get to physically meet any of you until your sophomore year. One attribute about you all that I love is how you did not allow the circumstances of the world s situation ruin your experience here at Sheridan. It has been an honor to have started this journey with you. To see you grow from freshman on a computer screen, to uncertain sophomores who experienced their first day of school as if they were still freshmen, to confident juniors who we all realized would be sharing the road with the rest of us as you received your driver s licenses (Eeek!), and finally to prepared seniors. Seniors who proudly wear their program uniforms. Seniors who have a plan and did not allow a world pandemic get them down, and who are ALL ready to tackle the world.

I would like to take the time to thank you for giving me this experience. The last class that I sponsored never made it to the end before we had to shut down. You all gave me a second chance to get a group to the finish line. I am so happy to have been able to do this. I thank you all for dealing with me as I bombarded you with Khan Academy, No Red Ink, Albert IO, emails, reminders, newsletters, surveys, and TESTING! Thank you for entertaining my lectures to you all about your potentials and ability to be amazing. Thank you for listening to my bad jokes and laughing with me, while allowing me to be a should for any of you to cry on when you needed it. For allowing me to be stern with you all and taking it like mature young adults. Thank you for allowing me to listen to any of your wants, needs, and concerns. For taking the time to problem solve with me and work through any life issues that you were going through. THANK YOU!

My final words to the class of 2024 is to remember to embrace your accomplishments. Your hard work and dedication are not something you throw aside when the going gets tough. Rather, use those strengths to push your hardships. The world is changing so quickly, and as the class of 2024, you have numerous opportunities to that change. Hold your heads up high as you cross the stage and transition from children to adults. Be sure to remember the village that got you here, and the one that will get you to where you want to be. All the world s a stage so most of it. I leave you with the words that I left the previous class because it rings so true to what you need in your next phase of life. William Arthur Ward said, Before you act, listen. Before you react, think. Before you spend, earn. Before you criticize, wait. Before you quit try.

Congratulations to the class of 2024

Hello, my name is Jadore Marion, and I am the Co-President of the Class of 2025. My experience as a junior has been bittersweet, there have been good and difficult days. As a junior right now, I would encourage you not to fall behind because this year is critical and can be difficult. Juggling multiple things, such as a tough program, a job, and an officer level in a club, is stressful, so I do my best to pace myself. My advice to my classmates it to take some time for yourself. Leave the work alone for a day and relax. As a Class President, I acquired experience in communicating with others, learning how to fudnraise while having fun with my peers. STHS has its ups and downs, but it's essential to have fun and enjoy your four years here.

Hi, my name is Trinity Noriega, your Class of 2025 Co-President! During my time serving as Class Co President this year, have learned and valued a lot. From being able to be apart of the decisions in our school to valuing all of your opinions for event and fundraisers like Homecoming and Penny Wars! Being your Co-President has made me see that our class really can be united and work together to create a special bond. We have all worked super hard and we are almost at the finish line. A word hope you all remember is perseverance. We have made it this far by being united not only with each other, but with other classes, teachers, staff and most importantly with our academics. We will persevere and make it all together into the last year, the best year of high school. I'm looking forward to seeing what our class will have in store for not only me, but all of us in this coming year. You are all amazing and valued deeply.

Yet, junior year isn't solely defined by textbooks and exams. It's a year of exploration and self-discovery. We navigate the complexities of adolescence, grappling with questions of identity, purpose, and belonging. Through it all, we lean on each other, forging bonds that will withstand the test of time.

Academically, junior year demands our utmost dedication. It's a year where we delve deeper into our chosen subjects, preparing for standardized tests, and laying the foundation for our future endeavors. Whether it's mastering Mr. K s class or a test in Mrs. McAfee's, each academic triumph is a testament to our perseverance and determination.

As the year progresses, the anticipation of senior year looms on the horizon. We begin to envision the legacy we wish to leave behind, the goals we aspire to achieve, and the memories we hope to cherish for a lifetime. With every passing day, we inch closer to the culmination of our high school journey, a momentous occasion that symbolizes not only an end but also a new beginning. So here's to junior year, a chapter filled with challenges, triumphs, and invaluable lessons.

As we flip through the pages of our yearbook, we re not just flipping through photos; we're flipping through our moments. The moments, from spirited spirit weeks and club pictures to the late-night hours finishing homework that never quite make it onto these pages. The class of 2026 is far from perfect, but the time and dedication that come from our members are everything. I wouldn t trade our class arguments for anything. We have grown as a class since our freshman year and could not have done so without our class sponsor, Ms.Shikle, a dedicated teacher doing the best so we can become the best. Our moments don't only have to end within a picture. Every laugh, hangout, and emote will go down in our own books. And as the class of 2026 grows, I can't wait to make more moments happen.

Seley has an assortment of items pertaining to school and her personal needs. She carries around her laptop and charger, but she must always have her phone charger with her for when that battery starts to head towards the single digits. She must always have Mrs. Horton's binder and her specific gel pen. Her other items are lip gloss, AirPods, and a mini hairbrush.

Daniel carries around only the essentials. In his backpack, he always has to have his AirPods; they are first on the list when packing up. He doesn t have just one pair he also has to have his backup AirPods. He has other technology like his school laptop and the laptop charger. You can t forget the most important part of the day: lunch! He has to have cash for when he is ready to eat.

Jeremy keeps it down to the basics of what is in his school bag. He has things such as his laptop, charger, and binder. Like most, he always has his AirPods for the rest of the downtime he has during the day. Jeremy doesn t carry much, but the things he does are necessities for him at school.

When you have to wear your backpack all day, the less stuff in your bag, the lighter your bag is.

Leah works hard to keep her backpack clean and well organized, but she always has her essentials. She carries the typical laptop, paper, and pens, but they are specific. She needs to have her four-class notebook and her colored coding pens. She has her personal items like mini perfume and a hair clip. She always has to have gum in her bag.

As an upcoming freshman I walked into Sheridan Tech not knowing what to expect and if I would really grow and learn within its halls. When I started at Sheridan Tech, and I saw that all it has to offer, I wanted to make sure that our class of 2027 had the tools to become as successful as possible. I knew the main way to do this was to make myself a part of the student body council. Halfway through the school year A few of my peers and I noticed that we needed a sponsor in which Mrs. Charles and Ms. Katz helped us find the best sponsor to help our class succeed, Mrs. Nunez. By engaging with my fellow classmates and teachers, it continued to show me how important communication is and the need to constantly be transparent. One of the key points in communication is receiving feedback from fellow classmates and my sponsor on fundraising ideas. We were fortunate in being successful with St. Patrick's day and hopefully in the future with more events and corporations. I m truly grateful for being elected as have entrusted school years

From the exhilarating rush of scoring the winning goal to the heart-pounding excitement each game had us in, intramural sports have been more than just games, they have given us the spirit. Each match, practice, and victory has given our pack a new memory. Over the past TEN years our intramural sports have created great memories for our high school experience.

But intramural sports are about more than just the final score. They're about teamwork, perseverance, and the relentless pursuit of excellence. Whether we found ourselves dribbling down the basketball court or sprinting towards the end zone at the final TEN seconds, we did so with a shared sense of purpose and determination.

Beyond the competition, intramural sports have fostered a sense of belonging and unity within the tech school community. We cheered for our teammates, celebrated their successes, and lifted each other up in times of defeat. Through the highs and lows, we stood together as a testament to the power of sportsmanship and solidarity.

As we turn the pages of our yearbook, let us not only remember the victories and accomplishments but also the friendships forged, and lessons learned. Over the past TEN years, STHS Intramural Sports have lead students to discover the true meaning of teamwork, resilience, and the unbreakable bond that unites us all.

A BIG thank you to Mr. Uffner for saving the day! Your willingness to take on such a task meant the world to STHS, and your dedication made a difference. Thank you for time, effort, and support; it's deeply appreciated.

In the beginning, God said let there be light, nah I'm just kidding. When I was first given this position, I wasn't aware of the full commitment it took to run such an amazing club. But, with the help of my sponsor and School Dad, SRO Matos, I've survived with all of my limbs intact. This year has been amazing, and I love my club soooooooooooooooo much. It's been a challenge, but it's also been one of the best privileges I've ever been granted. I hope I can run again next year and have another amazing year. Crime Watch

The STHS Crime Watch Club is a student-led effort that helps youth take a share of responsibility for their school safety. Based on the Neighborhood Watch concept, our school crime watch encourages positive peer pressure among students to take pride in their school through its series of youth crime prevention training programs and action projects. They also learn the best ways to report suspicious activities or disturbances. Youth who participate in a school crime watch also get a chance to see how the judicial system works with our planned field trip tours to local Police Station, Jail and Courthouse. Activities hosted or sponsored by STHS Crime Watch are Red Ribbon/Spirit Week, Anti-Bullying/Peace Week, Suicide Prevention month, Substance Abuse Prevention week, and Community Service Projects for graduating hours. - Officer Matos

The Hawaiian scenery was gorgeous, the landmarks were unique and fascinating, and the weather was great. The highlight, to me at least, was seeing an active volcano in the Volcanoes National Park. I learned many things about Hawaii, such as what the state fish is, or their traditions, and the history of the Polynesians. Something I surprisingly enjoyed a lot was hiking to the top of Diamond Head, one of Hawaii's several mountains. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone considering a vacation in Hawaii.

My trip was amazing and was filled with so much adventure. I originally went to the University of Maryland for a medical internship and ended up visiting Washington, d.c. I learned more in depth details while walking through the memorial reflecting pool and throughout the district.

She loves to travel especially loves to go to Tennessee with her family during summer and winter break.
I visited Peru, and saw Machu Picchu. My favorite part of these trip was experiencing new things with my family.

my have question you those friends and memories than I could've made in a year. The trip was very emotional and rode so many highs and lows. For example, on just the second day of being there we went to the monumental Landschaftspark for the Ruhr Games, and it was one of my favorite days in Germany. But I also had days where I couldn't wait to go home because being 4,000 miles away from anyone you love can be really tough. Every day was a blessing and if I could do it all over again would. To this day I keep in touch with multiple of my German friends and every day think back to the time I spent there. Words cannot describe how grateful am for this experience and opportunity, and I can't wait visit once again.

of being able to go to exchange student. This exchange gave me the chance to immerse myself with a European family and see what the life of German consist of, aside from visiting as a tourist. My visit to Germany let me learn more of its culture and society. The exchange has influenced me to study abroad in my college career and travel more in general. It taught to try new things out of my comfort zone and become more independent. I forever will be grateful that I was apart of this exchange and I will never forget about the time I spent in Germany nor my exchange student.

Sierra Richardson

My name is Sierra, I graduated from STHS in 2018 and currently work as a People Partner (HR Business Partner) in the International segment at Walmart. In my technical program, Business Management and Analysis, we learned about small business operations, created our own business plan (my team s was called Groomin ), and dived into case studies focused on large corporations. It was in that class that I realized no matter the scale of a business, there were similarities in operational and people strategies that allow companies to reach sales goals and cultivate great culture. Now as work on people strategy and organizational design for the largest company in the world, often find myself thinking back to the fundamental principles I learned in that class and credit my technical program for expanding my curiosity and drive to solve problems. And even though I dreaded it in the moment, those deep dive assignments on excel formulas still come in handy today.

Class of 2018 Dylan Navarro

Getting the opportunity to enroll in the Network Systems Administration program helped solidify my decision to pursue higher education and eventually a career in information technology. With the foundational knowledge that I learned in my program, was able to hit the ground running in college and eventually graduate summa cum laude with a B.S. in Computer Networking & Cybersecurity. The foundational knowledge allowed me to excel in my introductory courses, allowing me to continue learning and advancing my skill set ahead of my peers. This led to my being chosen for a service scholarship and my career working in a cybersecurity role for the U.S. Department of Defense.

Choosing to go to STHS was one of the best choices I'd ever made. The Nursing program I was in has given me a lot of knowledge to open quite a few doors for me as I am still pursuing a career in Nursing. I'm currently working in the medical field helping people as much as I can in my role. Having the backing of that program has got me in the door with two different jobs and I'm grateful to have been able to experience that and share it with you all. I give most of my props to the amazing teacher I had and also to the school for even allowing me to be able to use my time in school to start my career.

The alumni of the technical program at Sheridan Technical High School have had a significant impact on their careers due to the education they received. The program provided them with practical, hand-on skills that are directly applicable to their chosen fields, giving them a competitive edge in the job market. Overall, the education received at Sheridan Technical High School has had a lasting and positive impact on the careers of it's alumni, helping them achieve success in their professional lives. Alumni Beyond the Den have a few words to share in celebration of our decade of dominance.

My four years at Sheridan Technical High School gave me the opportunity to learn and grow. It was an amazing time that made me a better person and a better student. My accomplishments today in college and in the life I have now are only possible because of what I learned at Sheridan Technical High School.

Laiana Petitisse

Completing the LPN Program at STHS has allowed me to gain experience in the medical field and enter my nursing career earlier than most. It has given me a head start and a rare advantage that has propelled my success in college and fast tracked my progress toward receiving my degrees. I graduated from STHS in 2022 and earned my Associate s of Arts degree at Broward College only a year later in 2023. Balancing high school courses and my technical program taught me time management, responsibility, and how to adapt. But it s technical programs are not only what make STHS great. Participating in clubs at STHS were the highlight of my high school experience. Competing in competitions, winning trophies, etc (Thinking of a Segway lol). My teachers from STHS all had a part in molding me into the well rounded individual that am today. without them I wouldn be who I am nor would I have achieved as much as have so far. am grateful for my time at STHS and will cherish it forever.

Abdulbasit Ajao

My name is Abdulbasit Ajao and I'm part of the graduating class of 2023. My time at Sheridan Technical High School has been instrumental in my transformation into college. The class switch in the middle of the semester and early morning routine have come in handy at college. At STHS, with the help of Mrs. Friedman, Mrs. Charles, and Mr. Fisher my passion for singing, drawing, dancing, and acting was fueled. At STHS, I realized that wanted to major in urban and regional planning, thanks to my program in construction and building design management, which is run by Mr. Fisher. This educational framework provided the perfect launchpad for my major. A lot of the things that I learned in my program would tie in perfectly to my major. In my program I learned about city design, carpeting, blueprints, and architecture; all extremely vital to Urban and regional planning.

In the bustling halls of our high school, amidst the whirlwind of classes and extracurriculars, there exists a bond so strong it's become legendary the Krusty Krew. United by fate and a force between Ms. Katz and Ms. Santana, these five friends came together in 10th grade, transforming their classroom into a haven of laughter and camaraderie.

From the very first moment they came together, it was clear that this group was destined to become friends. With their quick wit, infectious energy, and unbridled enthusiasm, they brought a spark of joy to class. Together, they tackled deadlines and the occasional bout writer's block with a sense of determination. After the deadlines to a halt and yearbooks were sent to the printer, Ms. Santana them help with graduation planning and organizing. Graduation went off without a hitch! When it came to the end of their year, the Krusty's reunited once again for all things graduation.

the Krusty Krew was more than just a journalism class clique they became a family. Through the ups and downs of high school life, they stood by each other's side, offering support, encouragement, and the occasional shoulder to lean on. Whether it celebrating victories, navigating heartaches, or simply sharing a laugh over lunch, they did it all together, creating memories that would last a lifetime.

the years went by, their bond only grew stronger. From journalism to senior year shenanigans, they faced every challenge with resilience and a healthy dose of humor. They may have started as classmates, but they ended as amazing friends, a testament to the power of friendship and the magic of the Krusty Krew.

here's to the Krusty Krew! A group of friends who turned a journalism class into an adventure, a friendship into a family, and a high school into a home. As we turn the page on this chapter of our lives, let us carry with us the lessons learned, the memories made, and the laughter shared.
