Despite the large number of cases being added in the last few days, the spread of the disease in India has slowed down considerably in comparison to other countries as a result of the lockdown, say experts. New Delhi: The Jammu and Kashmir government has withdrawn a press release that said the Amarnath Yatra has been cancelled this year due to the coronavirus pandemic that has brought the country to a standstill. GEHLOT WRITES TO PM The Rajasthan Chief Minister has shot a letter to PM Narendra Modi requesting him to release additional thirty thousand metric tonnes of wheat under the Food Security Scheme.
