How did we create The City of Young Entrepreneurship?
What happens when you bring together young people from three countries, a passion for creativity, and the tools to build a game?
You get The City of Young Entrepreneurship — a unique educational Roblox experience designed by and for youth.
The game was born during the Erasmus+ youth exchange “Start Me Up!”, held in Murzasichle, Poland. Young participants from Poland, Czechia, and Latvia spent ten days exploring the world of entrepreneurship and developing ideas for the game.
Working in international teams, they: invented characters and businesses, discussed values like sustainability and inclusion, created paper prototypes, mockups shows how young people ca
Once the game content was ready, it was time to bring it to life! A team of young FEIS volunteers worked together to develop the game inside Roblox Studio learning scripting, 3D design, and user testing along the way.
Thanks to their work, the game is: completely free to play, accessible on computers and mobile devices, designed as an open-world sandbox, full of stories to discover
The whole process from idea to final launch became a powerful lesson in creativity, collaboration, and digital skills The youth didn’t just talk about entrepreneurship — they practiced it by building something meaningful for others. Now the game is live and ready for you.

The City of Young Entrepreneurship in entrepreneurship lessons
The City of Young Entrepreneurship is more than just a game it’s an interactive learning tool that introduces students to the world of business, creativity, and social values through storytelling and exploration. Below is a ready-to-use lesson plan you can implement with your students.
By the end of the lesson, students will: understand basic forms of youth entrepreneurship, identify key skills and competences of entrepreneurs (based on Youthpass), reflect on their own strengths, interests, and potential career paths, collaborate and communicate while playing an interactive game.
Age: 13–19
Group size: 10–30 students
Format: classroom + computer lab OR remote learning with devices
Title: Discovering Young Entrepreneurship through Roblox
Duration: 90 minutes
Tools: Computers or mobile devices with Roblox, projector, worksheet or notebook
1. Introduction & Warm-Up (15 min)
Goal: Get students thinking about what entrepreneurship means
Ask students:
“What does it mean to be an entrepreneur?”
“Can young people start businesses?”
Write answers on the board
Optional: show screenshots or a trailer of the game
Introduce the activity: “Today we’ll explore a virtual city full of young entrepreneurs!”
2. Gameplay: The City of Young Entrepreneurship (30–40 min)
Goal: Explore examples of youth-run businesses and interact with characters
Students enter the game (solo or in pairs)
Task: Talk to at least 5 different NPC entrepreneurs
