SPECIAL DELIVERY

To help highlight and drive customer service levels across the network, the Palletforce Performance Awards acknowledge and reward drivers who have excelled.

The awards are a special recognition of their commitment to delivering quality and professionally representing the Palletforce brand when interacting with customers and the public.

At points of the delivery lifecycle, customers have the option to rate drivers and leave comments on their performance. Every week the responses are reviewed and high performing drivers are congratulated on their service excellence.

To date, 88 drivers from 65 member businesses have received an award.
