e want to ensure we continually check in to ensure we are ‘Delivering Better’. We therefore will do this via an number of mechanisms:

Annual Engagement survey- each year we will ask you a number of questions to measure how engaged our colleagues are and create action plans to support our Delivering Better journey.

Quarterly Pulse Survey’s – act as a temperature check throughout the year for us to review if our colleagues would recommend EV Cargo. Localised plans will be tailored based on this feedback.

Delivering Better champions – a champions network that allows us to support the business to drive engagement forward.

Line managers – play a hugely important factor in increasing morale and motivation within teams by encouraging employee voice and enable continuous improvement to happen at site level.
