We are starting to plan for our 2023 survey and we will be looking at the best way to collate colleague feedback.

We need your help. We welcome colleagues suggestions on how best to capture feedback and ideas for increased participation rates – if you have any suggestions for our 2023 survey please email these to evpeople@evcargo.com by 16 June 2023 or speak with your line manager.
We will be evolving Delivering Better throughout 2023 and our network of Champions will be helping to drive change forward across the whole of EV Cargo.

Your line managers cascaded more detailed results with you. Each business area generated a Delivering Better Engagement Focus Group to explore what the results mean to you. The groups explored what the results mean for your business area and location.
Localised action plans will be created and will evolve throughout 2023.
