As part of our commitment to ensure we are listening, in the coming weeks we will be introducing a quarterly Pulse survey, so we can track how you think we are doing.
We want to ensure you are seeing positive changes a site level.

We will be asking one simple question: On a scale of 0-10, how likely are you to recommend EV Cargo to family or friends?
The question will stay the same each quarter and you will also be given the opportunity to add text alongside your answer with any information you feel will help deliver a better EV Cargo for all. All feedback will then be reviewed centrally by our leadership teams and discussed within localised Delivering Better meetings.
We appreciate your open and honest feedback, it’s only by gaining this that we are able to make positive changes.
