Delivering Better is about sharing best practice, working collaboratively across business units and functions, with the aim to collectively increase morale and motivation, improve teamwork and job satisfaction. Delivering better is made up of a number of components that all interlink to form a positive workplace culture with high levels of employee engagement:

As Delivering Better evolves and we will be using our champions as the mechanism to drive change across all areas of our business.

We are in the process of working with business units and functional leadership teams to review how we can really make some progress around Delivering

Driving employee engagement

Sharing best practice across divsions & continuously Delivering Better

Innovation: driving continuous improvement, plus suggestion schemes

Better, to boost employee engagement in 2023, and ensure localized and functional ownership is in place.

This is being rolled out initially in the UK before evolving globally, so for those outside of the UK there will be more to come soon.

In March 2023, our current Champions got together to look at how we can take Delivering Better forward.

This gave us the chance to explore what Delivering Better is, what it means and how Delivering Better fits into EV Cargo’s mission, vision and values.
