We were really excited to share our Employee Engagement results in December last year.

As you may remember, we created a roadmap, to share our Engagement journey for 2022/2023 and we hope that you have started to see some positive changes on site as a result of some of the localised action planning.

Now it is time to reveal where we are on our journey of Employee Engagement for 2022/2023 and what is yet to come.
