Welcome to the latest edition of EV Zone. We hope you like the new look and will enjoy spending some time reading about the great things colleagues across EV Cargo are achieving and the work we are doing to further enhance our mission to manage supply chains for the world’s leading brands.

EV Zone celebrates the best of us: the best innovations and improvements we are making as a company to make our offering better for our clients and our colleagues; the best ways we are creating bespoke technology to make the logistics sector more dynamic and more sustainable; and – best of all – the ways in which our colleagues around the world are helping our customers, local charities and our communities to prosper and thrive. It’s all about how our people are living out the EV Cargo values of growth, innovation and sustainability in their daily working lives.

EV Zone showcases how EV Cargo is making a real difference across the globe, from our acquisitions of Allport Netherlands, Dobbs Logistics and Fast Forward Freight in Europe, where we have welcomed new colleagues and have been impressed by how they have quickly and enthusiastically integrated into our teams, to our growing office network across China and South East Asia and the charitable work of our colleagues in Hong Kong.

As we progress towards our ambitious growth targets, I think it is important that everyone in

EV Cargo knows what we are doing and why we are doing it. Our progress across the business, highlighted in the timeline on page 16 and the chart on page 18, has been remarkable and is a credit to the hard work people have put in across the company.

EV Zone shows how we are moving forward together. I’d encourage you to read about how our Delivering Better programme (page 20) is delivering tangible rewards for all colleagues and how our Employee Champions are coming up with some fantastic new ways to make EV Cargo an even better place to work (page 21).

The great things highlighted in EV Zone make me even more proud of the work you all do around the world.
