Starpool's spa_system pro

Offering four targeted wellness treatments, Starpool’s new spa_system pro has been developed with hydrotherapy and sports medicine experts to optimise spa environments. The system integrates heat, water, mindfulness, zero gravity, cryotherapy and rest to offer guests personalised, results-driven solutions.

Arranged in sequence to maximise the benefits, the four experiences target stress management; longevity for long-term health; performance to improve energy and concentration; and sleep by aiding deep relaxation.

The system is accessed using reusable, programme specific, waterproof wristbands tailored for each guest’s requirements. The bands include timing guidance to help guests navigate their wellness journey.

spa_system pro also introduces the Brain Room, a new space for mental training that integrates mindfulness and breathwork. The Brain Room is equipped with Starpool’s Brain Trainer, a virtual audio wellness coach system that offers dedicated mental strength exercises. www.starpool.com
