Novak Djokovic partners with Aman resorts

Tennis champion Novak Djokovic, Aman’s first global wellness advisor, has developed Longevity Pathways, a series of personalised and performance driven holistic retreats created to enhance the Aman Wellness experience.

Designed to help people live longer and better, the first to launch is a transformative detoxification programme for guests at seven of the global resort group’s properties, including Tokyo, New York and Bangkok. Taking place over three days, the retreats draw inspiration from the local environment and may include anything from yoga at sunrise to Ayurvedic and signature Aman treatments, meditations, monk blessings, sound healing, cryotherapy and intermittent hypoxia-hyperoxia treatment.

In Tokyo, guests will undertake a structured liquid cleanse, starting with a prepared meal on arrival, followed by a nutrient-rich liquid diet on the second day. The cleanse includes hydration support and suggested minerals and vitamins for balance, concluding with a recovery meal to ease back into solid foods. www.aman.com
