Military Parent Connections
Parenting is meaningful and brings love and growth into the life of a caregiver, and yet it can also feel overwhelming and confusing at times! Join MFRC Childcare and Family Wellness staff in a monthly parenting group where the joys and complexities of raising a military connected child will be discussed. This 1 Hour program is designed for busy people looking to START their own business and is packed full of practical information relevant now or years from now. Whether you are a veteran or transitioning from Active Duty to becoming a Veteran soon or years from now; or you are a partner at home during long deployments, or any adult that might be considering turning a hobby into a business or just want to create something special; this course is for you. In ONE HOUR attendees will receive a practical starting point along with important information that will help them decide whether or not starting a business is their best option. The program was also created to help boost morale and self-confidence by highlighting opportunities yet to be explored in an inclusive environment that will not only give attendees the basics but the START needed to build their own business now and embrace the many opportunities they might not realize are available to them, any time.
