QUALITY OF LIFE
Reserve Line vs. Regular Line Schedule
All Endeavor pilots are guaranteed:
● 12 days off per month
● 75 credit hours per month
All new hire pilots will start out on a reserve line schedule:
● When on reserve, pilots are assigned days throughout the month when they will be “on call” and can be contacted to cover a flight. With a reserve line, you have no scheduled pairings, but rather wait to be assigned flying by Crew Scheduling during your contactable time period.
● You can be scheduled as Long Call Reserve (LCR) or Short Call Reserve (SCR). There is no Ready Reserve for Endeavor pilots.
● Your block of reserve days can be up to 6 days long.
● Pilots can be on reserve for AM or PM shifts, but are restricted to 14 hours of reserve duty.
● When contacted with an assignment, LCR Pilots have at least 12 hours to report to the airport for duty. SCR Pilots have 1 hour 45 minutes to report in CVG, DTW, MSP, and RDU, 2 hours to report in ATL, and 2 hours 30 minutes to report in NYC.
Once a pilot holds a regular line schedule, he or she will bid for and be assigned scheduled pairings for the month.
● Schedule bidding is awarded based on seniority.
● Pairings may range from single-day trips to five-day trips.
The talent and operational performance at Endeavor Air is what sets this regional airline apart from others.”
-Jim Graham CEO, Endeavor Air “

CREW BASE

Your base, or domicile, will be awarded during training. This is where you will begin each of your assigned trips.
● Within your class, seniority numbers are assigned based on the last four digits of each individual’s Social Security number. Then you will bid for base.
● Endeavor’s crew bases are ATL, CVG, DTW, MSP, NYC (JFK & LGA), & RDU.
COMMUTING
For crew members who do not reside near their assigned base, Endeavor offers commuter-friendly policies and scheduling:
● Same commuting policy as Delta pilots
● Travel to work at a higher priority on Delta mainline flights than all other Delta Connection carriers
● 100% deadhead pay & opportunity to deadhead home vs. crew base
● Enhanced travel priority with Delta Air Lines
● Company-paid parking in crew base location or assisted paid parking at home airport, or a NYC transportation stipend

Our CAP offers contractual progression for 20 pilots a month or 50% of Delta pilot positions, whichever is lesser. The projection is to send 240 pilots to Delta Air Lines annually.
Must maintain a good employment record and achieve objective hiring criteria.
Any Endeavor pilot hired on or after June 4, 2021, is eligible.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
Does Endeavor offer any transition programs for students?
◦ Student to Endeavor Pilot (STEP) is a program for aviation students and flight instructors to help prepare you for a successful career as a pilot in the airline industry. Endeavor makes regular visits to give presentations, answer questions, and conduct on-site interviews. The only requirement for participation is that you are a flight student or instructor at one of our STEP focus schools. For more information and a roster of current STEP schools, visit our website.
◦ Through the Delta Propel Collegiate Pilot Career Path at Delta Air Lines, students at select universities enjoy a streamlined path to the Delta flight deck through Endeavor Air. To learn more about the Delta Propel program, visit Propel.Delta.com.
◦ Once you start at Endeavor, we offer a Pilot Mentoring Program focused on professional development and long-term career growth while fostering a culture of collaboration and operational excellence. By strengthening the connection between new and experienced pilots, the mentoring program provides structured guidance throughout your first year at Endeavor.
How many flight hours do I need to be eligible for an interview with Endeavor? You are eligible for a field interview when you are within 12 months of meeting your R-ATP/ATP minimums. Depending on your minimum required hours of eligibility (750/1000/1250/1500), the number of hours for an interview will differ.
What can I expect at my interview?
Your interview will be conducted by one of our current pilots and an HR professional. The interview includes a work history and background review, behavior-based questions as well as technical questions. Successful candidates will also complete a log book review and paperwork processing. Log books are reviewed for accuracy, flight history, and professionalism.
Does Endeavor pay for ATP-CTP?
Yes — Endeavor can help well-qualified pilot candidates finish up their ATP-CTP certification process by providing company-paid training with our ATP training partner. Hotel and transportation is also provided by Endeavor.
Do I need a Bachelor’s Degree to be employed by Endeavor?
While a Bachelor’s Degree is preferred, Endeavor does not require one for pilot employment. All pilot candidates must have a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent, and must meet all minimum qualifications and flight time requirements.More information on qualifications can be found at www.endeavorair. com/pilots.
What are Short Call Reserve and Long Call Reserve?

A pilot on Short Call Reserve (SCR) will be awarded either P1 or P2 each bid month. P1 typically begins at 5:00 am local time, and P2 at 10:00 am. A pilot on SCR will be given between 1 hour 45 minutes and 2 hours 30 minutes, depending on the domicile, to report for an assignment given by Crew Services. Long Call Reserve (LCR) pilots will be continuously “on call” during the assigned reserve days with a 12-hour report time to domicile from initial contact from Crew Services. Awards to SCR, LCR, P1, or P2 are based on the pilot’s seniority in the position they hold and can change from month to month.
At Endeavor, we also offer a “Commute During Call Out” provision which allows a reserve pilot to commute into domicile on their first day during the beginning portion of their call out time. This enhances commutability for reserve pilots, allowing for more same-day commutes.
Is there a uniform allotment? When will I receive my uniform?
The company will pay half (1/2) of the cost of the initial pilot uniform items ordered during your first week of initial training. You can pay the remaining cost through payroll deduction (minimum $15.00) or by paying cash. After Year 1, each pilot is given a uniform allotment of $240.
Do you have Electronic Flight Bags (EFBs)? Who pays for it?
Endeavor Air utilizes an Apple iPad with T-Mobile data plans as electronic flight bags. All pilots are issued an iPad on the first day of employment.
EFB applications include:
◦ Jeppesen Flight Deck Pro with Airport Moving Map
◦ Vmware Content Locker for Manuals and Publications
◦ Enroute Turbulence/Weather Application
◦ Flight Family Communications Tool
◦ Electronic Flight Release, receive and sign on iPad
◦ SAP Success Factors for distance learning
