MINNEAPOLIS: OUR HOME HUB

Minneapolis, Minn., is ‘home base’ for 30% of all Endeavor employees and is an important hub for both Endeavor and Delta Air Lines. With a crew domicile, maintenance base, and corporate headquarters located at MSP, it is the nerve center of Endeavor’s operation.

Endeavor HDQ is located on the Delta MSP C-Campus and is home to our Integrated Operations Center (IOC) and all corporate offices. Employees enjoy free parking and transportation to MSP Terminal 1 and have access to an on-site fitness center, cafeteria, credit union, and other campus amenities.

ACCOUNTING & FINANCE

The role of Accounting & Finance is to forecast and budget Endeavor’s work groups, employee pay and work closely with Delta Connection groups.

ADMINISTRATION

Whether stationed at Endeavor headquarters or at one of our base locations, our administrative employees provide essential support to our leadership team and help ensure operational efficiency.

Common positions: Base Administrative Assistant, Human Resources Administrator, Executive Assistant

CREW RESOURCES & NETWORK PLANNING

Responsibilities extend from the beginning of our operation, starting with network scheduling, and continue through providing crew resources, crew planning and pay, and to the analysis of our system operation.

Common positions: Crew Coordinator, Operational Experience Scheduler, Crew Pay Analyst, Data Analyst

FLIGHT OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION & TRAINING

Our Flight Operations team has oversight of Endeavor Air pilots, from regulatory training to the policies and procedures related to aircraft operation.

Common positions: Crew Records Clerk, Regional Crew Manager, Ground Instructor, Simulator Instructor, Curriculum Developer

GROUND OPERATIONS

Ground Operations oversees aircraft appearance, ramp service, passenger service, cargo, DOT and passenger complaints, and manages relationships with outstation personnel.

Common positions: Electronic Flight Bag Program Administrator, Airport Coordination Center Manager, Regional Manager

HUMAN RESOURCES

Our Human Resources team is responsible for the recruitment and development of employees as well as managing employee policies, compensation and benefits, and people-centered programs.

Common positions: Human Resources Coordinator, Talent Acquisition Representative, Human Resources Business Partner

INFLIGHT SERVICES & TRAINING

Inflight Services has oversight of Endeavor flight attendants, from regulatory training to onboard operations, policies, and procedures.

Common positions: Training Instructor, Curriculum Developer, Inflight Base Manager, Regional Crew Manager

INTEGRATED OPERATIONS CENTER (IOC)

The IOC is the nerve center of the airline and the central point for the development, deployment and communication of each day’s operating plan and the consequent management of daily flight operations.

Common positions: Aircraft Dispatcher, Shift Manager, Sector Supervisor

SAFETY

The role of the Safety department is to support all Endeavor departments in achieving the highest levels of safety, security, compliance, and environmental performance.

Common positions: Safety Analyst, Flight Safety Investigator

SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT

Supply Chain, part of our Technical Operations team, manages inventory and materials related to aircraft parts, from planning to purchasing to ensuring the right parts are available at base locations for repairs.

Common positions: Inventory Planner, Purchasing Agent, Materials Coordinator, Aircraft Parts Clerk

TECHNICAL OPERATIONS ADMINISTRATION & TRAINING

Our Technical Operations team has oversight of the maintenance of Endeavor Air aircraft, including training of maintenance technicians, records management, and fleet reliability.

Common positions: Engineering, Maintenance Base Manager, Inspector, Maintenance Controller, Reliability Analyst

TRAVEL PRIVILEGES

Upon date of hire, active Endeavor employees and their eligible pass riders will qualify for space-available pass travel at a free or reduced rate on Delta’s worldwide network.

Eligible pass riders include:

● Spouse/domestic partner or Travel Companion

● A Travel Companion is friend or family member who is otherwise ineligible for pass travel privileges and can be added as a pass rider in place of a spouse or domestic partner.

● Minor dependent children under age 19

● Dependent children age 19 until age 24 are eligible if they have never been married and are full-time students. Minor step-children and minor dependent children of your domestic partner are also eligible.

● Non-dependent children – These are identified as your children who were previously your dependent children who have either turned age 19 and are no longer full-time students or have turned 24 or older.
