AMT QUALIFICATIONS
● High School Diploma or GED
● Valid FAA Airframe & Powerplant license
● Ability to work in fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks with a high degree of attention to detail
● Reliable, self-motivated with a strong work ethic and positive attitude, and very customer service-oriented
● Ability to travel internationally with passport required within 3 months of hire
● Ability to work nights, weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
● Valid drivers’ license, with a good driving record
● Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language
● Professional aviation work experience in maintenance preferred

Employees enjoy free parking at each base location. TRAINING OVERVIEW
REQUIRED TRAINING
This consists of both Instructor-Led Training and On-the-Job Training
PHASE 1: ENHANCED MAINTENANCE INDOCTRINATION (EMI)
◦ First 2 weeks of employment; takes place at Endeavor’s Headquarters in Minneapolis, MN
◦ Day 1 is spent at Human Resources Onboarding; Days 2-10 are spent in classroom EMI training.
◦ After completion, technician will have a basic understanding of fundamental maintenance policies and procedures, a general overview of the CRJ700/900 aircraft, and the ability to sign for work accomplished.
PHASE 2: STRUCTURED ON-THE-JOB TRAINING (SOJT)
◦ After completion of EMI, technician reports to his/her base and is paired with the Designated Station Trainer (DST) to completed SOJT.
◦ SOJT topics include safety, base familiarization, and task-specific training.
PHASE 3: NEW HIRE TRAINING SCHEDULE
◦ The New Hire Training Schedule are specific training classes the technician is required to complete. Unless otherwise noted, trainings are instructor-led at one of the Endeavor training facilities: ATL, CVG, DTW, or MSP.
After 2 months: CRJ700/900 Systems Training
◦ Depending on operational needs, either one or both fleet-specific courses will be attended.
◦ Completion of this training is a prerequisite for Airworthiness Release, Run/Taxi and CAT II/RVSM training.
◦ Instructor-led training is in ATL/DTW for the CRJ700/900.
After 4 months: Principles of Troubleshooting (POT) Training
◦ Introduction of basic skills and knowledge necessary to successfully troubleshoot aircraft systems.
After 6 months: Electrical Wiring Interconnection System Maintenance (EWIS) Training
◦ Introduction and overview of EWIS, reference manuals for EWIS, wire stripping, connector, crimping and terminal blocks.
After 8 months: CRJ Advanced Systems Training
◦ An advanced overview of the CRJ Systems including MDC, doors, slats and flaps, pneumatic and bleed leak familiarization.
OPERATIONAL NEEDS-BASED TRAINING
PHASE 4: NEED-BASED TRAINING FOR ADVANCED QUALIFICATIONS
◦ Technicians are selected to attend these trainings for critical functions and advanced qualifications based on operational needs. Prerequisites and sufficient experience levels must be met in order to qualify.

Through the Regional Pathway Employee (RPE) Program, Endeavor technicians have an exclusive career path to Delta Air Lines — something no other airline in the world offers.
The RPE program allows qualifying technicians to secure their spot at the table for an interview ahead of the thousands of off-the-street candidates. Endeavor employees may be hired as either Aircraft Support Mechanics (ASM) or Aircraft Maintenance Technicians (AMT).
Technicians must be in active, good-standing status with a valid A&P license, and they are eligible to submit their interest in the program after 18 months of service at Endeavor.

Upon date of hire, active Endeavor employees and their eligible pass riders will qualify for space available pass travel at a free or reduced rate on Delta’s worldwide network.
Eligible pass riders include:
